Larson was known on the internet for his unorthodox views on child pornography and women's rights. On his website called ''[[ChildPorn.info]]'', he had stated that "the impetus for the site's creation was a desire to address the growing arrest rates and increasingly harsh punishments imposed on persons convicted of child pornography offenses, while avoiding getting bogged down in any debates over the appropriate age of consent to engage in sexual activities." He had also previously ran for public office in Virginia three times with the political platform of decriminalizing child pornography.

Nathan Larson who was familiar to many on the internet (including Wikipedia) under the nickname Lysander died in custody on September 18, 2022, while awaiting trail for the alleged kidnapping of a 12-year-old girl. Those charges have since been dismissed due to his death.

Larson was known on the internet for his unorthodox views on child pornography and women's rights. On his website called ChildPorn.info, he had stated that "the impetus for the site's creation was a desire to address the growing arrest rates and increasingly harsh punishments imposed on persons convicted of child pornography offenses, while avoiding getting bogged down in any debates over the appropriate age of consent to engage in sexual activities." He had also previously ran for public office in Virginia three times with the political platform of decriminalizing child pornography.

Larson's views concerning girls and women and in particular incest often put him at odds with his other heterosexual peers. He apparently viewed women and young girls in terms of property. Many web sites and news stories associate him with the White supremacy movement.

In March 2022, a federal judge ruled that Larson could serve as his own defense attorney. He had previously pleaded not guilty to the charges of kidnapping, transporting a minor with intent to engage in illegal sexual activity, coercion and enticement of a minor, sexual exploitation of a minor, and receipt and distribution of material concerning the sexual exploitation of a minor.

The unconfirmed initial reports are that Larson was 'emaciated' at the time of his death, though there is no indication that he had COVID-19. The official cause of death has not yet been released.
