"Whilst many of these grievances may have more than a firm foothold in reality, it can certainly be said that their airing has done little good for the cause of boylove." Why would that be so? [[User:Lysander|Lysander]] ([[User talk:Lysander|talk]]) 22:40, 6 April 2015 (UTC) |

Free speech
Feminists also don't tend to have a lot of respect for free speech and open debate. They like to suppress voices that they deem offensive. It becomes politically incorrect to oppose the orthodoxy feminists have established. I've noticed that feminists tend to be pretty active and vocal in online communities and to rise to positions of power, e.g. becoming superusers who block those deemed to be making sexist statements. - Talking about "feminists" as a class is worse than talking about "pedophiles" as a class -- that that is horrific!
- There is first wave feminism, second wave feminism, third wave feminism, radical feminism... it goes on and on. There are "good" and there are "bad" feminists. Some feminists have fought strongly for ChildLovers, while others have attacked them viciously. Maybe you need to read up on it a little? User4 (talk) 21:44, 11 March 2015 (UTC)
- I thought no true feminist supported childlove. What would the typical feminist say if you asked her whether she considers those "feminists" part of her movement? Lysander (talk) 02:14, 12 March 2015 (UTC)
- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pat_Califia -- BUT -- not mentioned, of course, is Califia's support for BLs -- because that is not the politically correct stance on BL, so it is not in the Wikipedia article. User4 (talk) 05:16, 12 March 2015 (UTC)
- You said, "Name one person who fought strongly for childlove , who has a Wikipedia article that describes them as a current member of the feminist movement. ".
- Interesting. Of course, the user who posted that was blocked indefinitely by Alison. Lysander (talk) 05:35, 12 March 2015 (UTC)
Is this true?
