Quotation marks?

I just created the French page Alexander’s choice (Edmund Marlowe), and I'm surprised to find double quotes in the English page name : "Alexander's Choice" instead of Alexander's Choice.

It may be an error, because no other page name, made from a book or film title, has such quotation marks.
