Disclosure, (a noun, from the verb "to disclose") refers to the (alleged) "telling" by a child of the child's having been (allegedly) "sexually abused" by another person.
Disclosure is seen as a necessary step in the (supposed) "healing" process that an (allegedly) "sexually abused" child must take.
Disclosure by a child is always believed--children (supposedly) "never lie" about having been sexually abused.
