Robert Rhodes of NAMBLA passed away May 10, 2016, in Clarksville, Arkansas, at the age of 70. He was an Adjudicator for the Veterans Administration; taught ESL at Inter American University of Puerto Rico in San German; received a Law Degree from the State of Massachusetts and a Master’s Degree in English as a Second Language; was an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War and a lifetime member of the DAV.[1] [2]
