The normalization of pedophilia is an important-sounding or technical sounding expression of little or no meaning used chiefly to incite fear by anti-pedophile and anti-hebephile extremists. It is used in a similar way to the term "gay agenda" to evoke non-specific fears in the target audience. Often used disparagingly to describe the advocacy for basic civil and human rights for minor attracted people.
