International Boylove Day - commonly referred to as IBLD, is celebrated by many boylovers in the online boylove community. The celebrations began with participants from Free Spirits and SafeHaven. It is a day for boylovers to come together in solidarity, to remind each other of our good and loving natures, and a day for remembrance.
The Little League World Series (often abbreviated as LLWS) is a youth baseball championship which is held every August in Williamsport, PA. The LLWS includes representatives from nearly every part of the globe, although rule changes implemented in the mid-1990s ensure that one US team always plays in the championship game.
David L. Riegel is an independent writer and researcher on the topic of sexually expressed boy/older male relationships. After already having retired twice from dissimilar fields, in 1999 he was recruited by a McGraw Hill textbook editor to submit an essay on the Rind controversy. This was accepted by the editor but withheld from publication by the management until 2005. In 2000, he published the first of his four paperback books.
B4U-ACT, Inc. is a unique collaboration between mental health professionals and individuals who self-identify as sexually attracted to minors. The goal of B4U-ACT is to make effective, compassionate mental health services available to this population, while challenging negative cultural assumptions which frequently serve as barriers to treatment, thus increasing the likelihood of minor-attracted people leading productive, meaningful lives.
Roman Emperors were the rulers of the Roman state during the imperial period, conventionally considered to have started when the Roman Senate gave Octavian the titles Augustus and Princeps Senatus in 27 BC, and to have ended when the empire in the west finally fell in AD 476. Despite their initially similar titles, the later emperors in the east are generally termed Byzantine rather than Roman.
Augustus is reckoned to have been the first Roman Emperor from 27 BC, when the Roman Senate gave him the titles Augustus and Princeps Senatus.

"Alexander's Choice" is a novel set at Eton College in 1983-4 by Edmund Marlowe, an old boy of the school, as his début work. It tells of the love affair of Alexander Aylmer, a new boy at the school aged 13-14 and Damian Cavendish, a new, young English master. Sweet-natured and good-looking, thirteen-year-old aristocrat Alexander Aylmer goes to prestigious Eton College in September 1983 full of optimism. He soon discovers new friends, interesting teachers and the hopes and frustrations that arrive with puberty.
