Etenne: Gee, are you sure it takes the article "the" before its name?
User4: Yes, it does. When not at the beginning of a sentence it is often in lower case, as in, "Holland is also known as the Netherlands."
Etenne: Hmm... should we always capitalize the "the" or not?
User4: Its hard to say. Depends on which style sheet you use, I guess.
Etenne. Well, how about if we go with "The Netherlands" for now? What do you think?
User4: Sure, I guess we could do that.
Etenne: My, its wonderful how we can work together so well by consulting with each other, isn't it?
