Mass deletion of older posts from the BoyChat server

Apparently sometime within the past few years, several tens-of-thousands (or even more) of posts made to BoyChat were arbitrarily deleted from the BoyChat server. This means that a huge amount of the history of BoyChat has been lost, perhaps forever.

It is not known whether this mass deletion was deliberate, or was simply due to some form of incompetence on the part of the administrators of BoyChat.

Not deleted, just no longer accessible to the general public.--Etenne 22:08, 24 April 2016 (UTC)

What is written here is not factual, it is opinion and it is wrong. 1. It was decided by the Free Spirits council and 2. there are technical reasons why this was necessary. I am sure they did not intend to inconvenience anyone. However, when FS mail is back up and if you believe this to be a problem then I suggest that people write to them and request that they reconsider their decision. --Etenne 23:17, 24 April 2016 (UTC)

This is a fact, isn't it?--though the numbers cannot be easily confirmed.

Who else could have made that decision?

Again, this is all factual.
