Infantophilia or nepiophilia is the sexual attraction to infants and toddlers, defined by various studies as children aged 0–4. Many paedophiles attracted to females may also experience a nepiophilic attraction, unlike the majority of male-attracted paedophiles who are more likely to experience a degree of ephebophilic attraction.
