If you intend to recode this and add it to BoyWiki, you should get Dr. Percy's permission first. Also you should likely rename it to Tom O'Carroll (biography - William A. Percy)

I emailed Dr. Percy almost a week ago at the email addy on his wiki. No response yet. Have you checked if his wiki is open-source? I don't remember, and I cannot check it right now - in the middle of too many things...

No, I don't think it is... I thing he owns the copyright to all the stuff there. He seems like a reasonable sort though... I would give his some time before emailing him again... he is likely a very busy man. Unlike us right:)
