State-rape is defined as: "a gratuitous, violent or confining sexual humiliation carried out by legal predators, law enforcement officials against a citizen who broke no existing law, as normally interpreted, or who trivially broke an archaic victimless crime law targeting essentially private, one-person sexual actions or essentially private sex between consenting adults."
