United States v. Wiegand

Wiegand was a case in which, on 18 March 1987, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ruled that "'Lascivious' is no different in its meaning than 'lewd,' a commonsensical term whose constitutionality was specifically upheld in Miller v. California".[1]
