This belongs in a general article on religion or law. I see little or no reason for an article containing so little information relevant to BoyLovers to be a "standalone" article at BoyWiki.

- Yes, it does have relevance. Boylovers are often accused of being evil, and sometimes they accuse their political adversaries of being evil.
