Some points we can work on. We need to figure out who's going to be in charge of what, and what the plans are for accomplishing these goals.

set up legal defense funds so ambitious district attorneys do not build their careers on the backs of indigent MAP's.
Where are our deep-pocketed donors? What kinds of people/entities will fund this? Who will raise the money? What will be the criteria for disbursements?
