- I like the concept for the article but not the content. It is OK to use Mr. Noel as an one example of a small film maker but please do not suggest or imply that the man is a BL as he has never made his sexuality public and it is wrong to speculate about such things with a living person and in this case could be libelous. I think you should focus more on the steps of making a low budget film such as options for funding, script development, what equipment is needed, getting music rights V. using music in the public domain, finding and working with movie distributors, legal issue etc.. the issues people need to consider before becoming involved in making these types of films. I think this could be a very good entry and I am looking forward to seeing it improve. --Etenne
