n From Ancient Greek ἔφηβος (ephēbos, “adolescent”) + φιλία (philia, “love, friendship”).

¹ a sexual orientation in which an adult's primary sexual attraction is towards late pubescent or postpubescent adolescents

Note: In some contexts hebephilia is used to signify and differentiate an erotic interest in early adolescence from ephebophilia which is used to refers to the erotic interest in individuals in mid- to late adolescence, however in most cases the two words are interchangeable.
