Draft:Outline-Greek culture at the time of Socrates vs. modern Western culture
From BoyWiki
Many BoyLovers see ancient Greek "paederastia" as an (unrealistic) "ideal state of being". These BoyLovers romanticize about "the perfection of Greek BoyLove," with little knowledge of the realities of Greek society and of the tremendous differences between Greek society and modern society. To say that today's BoyLovers can in any way look to some Greek "ideal" for constructing a current ethos for pedophiles and pederasts living in Western cultures--based on ancient Greek society--is absurd.
