This article needs some citations; there's probably some truth to it but there will always be people who want to mitigate the risks rather than avoid CP entirely. The focus for them should be avoiding high-risk activities, such as crossing a border into the U.S. with CP. If they are going to do it, then maybe there are countermeasures they need to take.
