All the redlinks

ChildWiki:ChildWiki ought to work the same way as Wikipedia:Wikipedia does! And should we have all those redlinks (on either wiki)? __meco (talk) 19:17, 7 November 2015 (UTC)

That would be easy to accomplish, or we could use a template similar to Template:W. I think there was a big discussion (at Template talk:W and elsewhere) awhile ago in which the decision was made to not use interwiki links to outside wikis (although I think there's some way to prevent the other wiki from knowing what is the referring site; we already do that on BoyChat whenever there's an external link). Which makes me wonder, what is the point of having an interwiki table?

If Newgon isn't going to bring its wiki back up, then ChildWiki probably should be considered its successor, since it has most of its content, and an interwiki prefix should be added at Special:Interwiki. Lysander (talk) 21:17, 7 November 2015 (UTC)
